About INA Healing

INA Healing is an Australian business based in Palm Beach, Queensland, creating handcrafted jewellery made with natural materials and intention.

Handmade Products

Every INA Healing piece is handcrafted to order using natural materials, including Baltic Amber, gemstones and freshwater pearls.

Because of the natural characteristics of these materials and the handmade nature of our products, each piece is unique. Variations in colour, shape, size and texture are normal and are not considered faults.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

Production & Shipping

As every piece is handmade to order, production generally takes 3 - 4 weeks before dispatch.

Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Returns & Refunds

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Repairs & Renewals

We understand that jewellery is made to be worn, loved and treasured. If your INA Healing piece becomes damaged through normal wear, requires resizing or you'd simply like to refresh your piece, we offer a dedicated Repair & Renewal Service.

To begin the process, simply purchase our Repair & Renewal Service through our website or contact us at carolina@inahealing.com if you have any questions before returning your jewellery.

Repair fees may apply depending on the nature of the repair and whether the issue is covered under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product Care & Safety

Our jewellery is designed to be worn with care.

For children's jewellery:

• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• Necklaces are not intended for chewing or biting.
• Remove jewellery during sleep.
• Regularly inspect each piece for signs of wear or damage.
• Discontinue use immediately if any part becomes damaged.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs and branding, is the property of INA Healing unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
