Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Not exactly and that’s part of its beauty. The images on our website show examples of past creations and represent the overall style you can expect. Baltic Amber is a natural material, its colour, tone and shape vary from piece to piece. This also applies to pearls and gemstones, which have their own unique variations.
Are INA Healing creations handmade?
Yes. Every INA Healing piece is handcrafted with love, intention and respect for nature’s wisdom. We create each piece to order, which allows us to infuse it with care and attention from start to finish.
How much does a repair cost?
Repairs are free. I just ask that you cover the shipping cost and include a return envelope with your parcel. If you need a resize, the same process applies. Simply email or DM us to arrange your repair. carolina@inahealing.com
Are adult necklaces knotted like the baby designs?
No. Our adult necklaces are not individually knotted between each bead. We do, knot each bead separately on our baby necklaces as a safety precaution.

Shipping, Returns and Timeframes
How long will it take for my Ina Healing piece to be made?
Every piece is made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for your jewellery to be created before it is shipped. Most orders are completed and shipped sooner, but this time frame allows us to honour the intentional nature of handmade work.
My order is delayed what should I do?
Sometimes delays happen due to high demand, sourcing materials or shipping conditions. We will always notify you if your order is taking longer than expected. We appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can to have your order ready as soon as possible.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been handcrafted and dispatched, delivery within Australia usually takes 1 to 10 business days depending on your location. International orders typically take 10 to 30 days. All orders are shipped from Palm Beach, Queensland and delivery times may vary slightly based on your distance and local postal services. We ship with Australia Post. Track your Order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your door. Australia Post Tracking
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each piece is crafted especially for you and we hope you cherish it for many years to come.
