At INA Healing, every piece is handcrafted with care and intention in our Palm Beach, Queensland studio. As each order is made to order, we appreciate your patience while we create something truly special for you.

Order Processing

All INA Healing jewellery is handmade to order.

Please allow approximately 3 - 4 weeks for your order to be handcrafted before it is dispatched.

If there are any unexpected delays, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using tracked shipping.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping: 1 - 10 business days

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $10 AUD

• Free Standard Shipping on Australian orders over $200 AUD

International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers around the world.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Standard International Shipping: 10 - 30 business days

International shipping is charged at checkout based on your destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

INA Healing is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.
