Ina Healing, an (intentional) business journey
Sixteen months.
That’s how long it has taken me to write the very first blog post for this little corner of the internet.
The funny thing is, creating a space to write has been on my heart since the very beginning.
Long before I launched my online shop, I imagined journal where I could share little reflections, stories, and moments that made me see the world differently.
Writing has always felt like home to me. The one place I could truly express myself.
Some of my younger self’s memories are of sitting down with my journal to write about the things I absolutely didn't want to forget.
And yet... somehow, this became one of the things I resisted the most throughout the process of giving birth to my online business.
Not because I didn't want to write.
Because life kept moving.
There was always another piece to create. Another 50 emails to read and answer. Another task waiting to be crossed off the list.
Days became weeks, weeks became months, and before I knew it, sixteen months had quickly passed.
Lately, I've found myself wondering the same thing many of us seem to ask:
How is it already July?
It feels like we only just welcomed 2026, and somehow we're already halfway through it.
Somewhere along the journey, I realised I wasn't just watching time fly—I was moving with it.
But life has a ( not so ) gentle way of reminding us that there will always be another thing.
Another appointment.
Another responsibility.
Another tomorrow.
So perhaps this blog isn't really about doing another thing on my list. It’s not even about writing after all.
Perhaps it's about remembering.
Remembering the parts of ourselves that make us feel most alive when we make space for them.
The things we say we'll come back to one day.
The dreams that patiently wait for us.
The quiet rituals that make us feel like ourselves again.
For me, one of those things has always been writing.
Not because every thought is profound or every story needs to be told.
Simply because writing slows me down.
It asks me to stay present and remember...
To find beauty in my own story, one that fills my heart with gratitude.
To remember that the most unpredictable moments are often the ones that shape us the most.
Maybe that's why you're here too, reading my words.
Maybe you've been craving a slower rhythm.
A softer way of moving through your days.
A reminder that your life isn't measured only by how much you accomplish, but by how deeply you experience it.
If that's you, then I'm so glad you've found this safe space.
I hope this journal becomes somewhere we can both return to.
A place for honest reflections.
For beauty.
For curiosity.
For slowing down.
No pressure to have everything figured out.
Just gentle conversations about this wonderfully messy, magical life we're all trying to live a little more intentionally.
This is it for now, I’ll keep this one short.
Thank you for being here. It means more than you could possibly know.
With love,
Ina
