INA Healing specializes in handmade Baltic Amber jewellery infused with intention setting and energetic healing. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that each item is unique and may vary slightly in color, shape, and design.

Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
  • Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Our jewellery is handmade to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.
  • We ship internationally, with shipping costs calculated at checkout.
  • INA Healing is not responsible for delays due to customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on worn jewellery.

5. Product Care & Safety

  • Baltic Amber jewellery is delicate and should be handled with care.
  • For baby jewellery, knotting is done for safety reasons, but adult supervision is required at all times.
  • INA Healing is not liable for any misuse of our products.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is collected only for order processing and communication purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of INA Healing and may not be used without permission.
