Ina Healing - Returns Policy
At INA Healing, each piece of jewellery is handcrafted with love and intention. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We take great care in crafting and packaging our jewellery, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at carolina@inahealing.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and any damage or defects
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or repair where applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any approved items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as INA Healing is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
- Returns must be sent in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn jewellery
- Custom-made or personalized pieces
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. If approved, a replacement or repair will be issued accordingly.
